NCPHOBBIES has a Standard Shipping & Handling Fee of $8.98 for all orders.

 

CANADIAN & APO-FPO SHIPPING:

Canadian orders will be shipped by US Postal Service Air Mail.  You are responsible for any Canadian Customs' charges incurred. The final invoice will be sent separately for Canadian orders so that we can bill you for shipping.

All military APO and FPO addresses will be shipped out using our standard shipping rates. You are responsible for any Customs' charges incurred. All charges will be in US currency.

FOREIGN SHIPPING:

All foreign orders will be shipped by US Postal Service Air Mail. You are responsible for any Customs' charges incurred. The final invoice will be sent separately for foreign orders so that we can bill you for shipping. All charges will be in US Currency.

NCPHOBBIES RETURN POLICY:

All authorized returns will be credited to your account, less original shipping charges*. Returns are subject to a 28% restocking fee*. CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS AUTHORIZED BY AN EMPLOYEE OF NCPHOBBIES.

Items must be returned 14 days from receipt of merchandise in its original packaging, original condition, and unused. All items requiring manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer due to a quality control problem or warranty repair and should NOT be returned to NCPHOBBIES.
