Q. Is your shopping server secure?

A. Our shopping server was designed by professionals to insure the highest level of protection for your personal information. Your personal information is encoded and moved to a secure database where we can retrieve your order information.

 

Q. Is my personal information safe with your company?

A. NCPHOBBIES does not disclose your personal information to anyone. The personal information that you provide is used only for the successful completion of the transaction and for our reference. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

 

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. The average processing time of your order is 24-48 hours, weekends excluded. Some orders may take longer to process depending on the items that are ordered. All of our domestic orders are either shipped by US Priority Mail or by UPS. The time that it takes for the postal service to deliver your packages varies depending on where you live. The average shipping time is 3 - 5 days.

 

Q. Product Availability?

A. All of the items in our web page are available for sale. Occasionally an item will become unavailable before the item is removed from the online store. If an item that you order is out of stock or is unavailable you will not be billed for the item. If we expect the item to be received with in a 10 days of your order the product will automatically be back ordered. If an item is marked out of stock on your invoice we are not sure when the item will arrive back in stock.

 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

Q. I used your search to locate a product but when I submit 0 items are located?

A. The first thing to check is that you are searching in the right section of our catalog. A search in the models department will not bring up an item in the 1/64 slot cars department. The second thing you will want to try is to broaden your search. If you type in Tyco Ferrari 512 in the search try to broaden your search to Ferrari.

 

Q. Why doesn't your shopping cart work?

A. NCPHOBBIES requires the "Accept Cookies" function be enabled for our shopping cart to register multiple purchases during your online session. Make sure that this function is turned on in your browser.

 

Q. I can't find the hobby that I am looking for?

A. NCPHOBBIES caries a variety of products that are not listed in our web page. Feel free to email us for availability.
