I ordered a set from this site and received an order confirmation email. It's been over a week now, and I've left 2 voice mails and 2 emails with no response. I've received no email saying the item has shipped and cannot get anyone to contact me. Should I be worried? Does ncp not send the shipping email?

I placed an order on 6/26 for a Carrera set. I received a prompt email, on the same day, stating that they were out of stock on that particular set I had ordered. Along with the email, I received a coupon code for 10% off my next purchase (which was cool!!). So, I placed another order again on the same day, June 26th. I received the confirmation email that my order had been received, but nothing else. I do realize that the order was placed towards the end of the week and it's only been 3 days, but I have sent 2 emails asking when it will be shipped, and approximately how long it will take before I receive it. I have not got a response on either email as well. I haven't tried calling either. I haven't been charged, so I can't really complain, I guess. I hope everything is legitimate, because I haven't found anyone else that can come close to their prices!!! Especially on the set I ordered.Now you have me worried...
