"Commercial track suggestion?"
I was at a slot car show Sunday March 19th, and I noticed a large majority of the sellers had mostly "home track" type 1/32nd scale cars for sale. Wouldn't it make sense for a commercial track shop to put in a big 1/32nd scale plastic layout where we could race our SCX, Scaletrix,Pink Kar, Strombecker and Eldon type cars? As I found out, these cars don't work on those big layouts with the braid type pick up rails. Would the high tech types of 1/32nd scale cars work on a plastic track layout? Just a thought, Thanks, BUGZ

I agree with you 100%. Track owners are in the business of renting track time and selling parts. A 1/32 track would cost less then a 1/24 track and has the possibility of drawing just as many people. If we ask our track owners nice enough maybe they will listen.

I run CUMBERLAND RACEWAY PARK in Fayetteville NC. I have an American Black 1/24 raod track, an oval a DRAG STRIP and am working on a 150 ft Super SPEEDWAY. Being an avid 1/32 fan I have a 45 ft NINCO track set up for those folks to use. At home I am working on a scale mile NINCO track. Yes I said a mile. 165 glorious feet of scale road racing for me and my friends at my house. If in the area please contact me.
